Since we began heat treating in 1991 and added metal finishing to our offering in 1995, our goal has always been to provide the best solutions to clients dealing with various issues with metal components. Though we focus on aluminum, we are able to provide solutions for all metals that face problems with wear, release, and corrosion.
Before entering the field of aluminum heat treating and metal finishing, we had an extensive history in the casting impregnation field. We have grown to have a deep understanding of metallurgy and surface treatments, and how they relate to each other. Where some of our competitors refuse to provide anodizing on castings, we have a strong knowledge of alloys and castings from casting impregnation and heat treating, so we know what goes on underneath the surface treatments we are providing. This lets us provide services in a broader range of applications.
Since partnering with General Magnaplate to provide their processes to the Canadian market (with products like Tufram and Nedox), we have been able to offer clients properties and characteristics far beyond what hardcoat anodizing alone can offer. Enhanced lubricity, greater wear protection, and corrosion resistance are just the beginning.

As members of the Aluminum Anodizing Council, the Metal Treating Institute, and the International Hard Anodizing Association, we place significant emphasis on improving our processes to provide better and broader solutions to the marketplace.
